ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH TROI
As part of the initiative to network the BBDO agencies in 2015, the Group was faced with the challenge of finding a tool that not only standardizes and unifies the processes within the network, but also meets the high compliance requirements.
The challenge
With the planned networking of the BBDO agencies in 2015, a new tool was sought that would unify and standardize all processes. The prerequisite was that the software would meet the Group's compliance requirements and that compliance management could be covered by the tool.

The challenge
The biggest challenge here was to break down old ways of thinking and approach issues in a new way. However, the level of knowledge regarding the system's possibilities and its further developments had also decreased over the years.

INDIVIDUAL DASHBOARDS
The reports set up individually for pixelart in PowerBI transfer the data from Troi and thus feed real-time dashboards that prepare all relevant data in the desired form.

In order to create team utilization reports, project and sales forecasts, data was exported from Troi and compiled manually in various Excel reports.
However, this took up to three working days every month. To save these resources, a PowerBI interface was set up for pixelart to automate the previously manually created reports.
